Before you open your parcel, start recording. An unboxing video from the sealed parcel to the end is required for any return, refund or exchange.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada and India.
What are the shipping charges?
USA & Canada: US$80 per order, or free on orders of US$1,000 or more (after any discount). India: free on every order. Shipping is charged once per order and shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will delivery take, and how do I track it?
Making and dispatch take about 15 business days. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number, and delivery takes 3–7 business days by DHL or FedEx. Every parcel is tracked and insured.
Do I pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. We pay all customs duties and import taxes, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. If a courier asks you for any duty or tax, please don't pay it and email support@heerogems.com.
Tracking says delivered, but I don't have my parcel?
Check with neighbours and your building's reception first. Then email support@heerogems.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier, and because every parcel is insured, a parcel confirmed lost is replaced or refunded.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
The courier will usually try again or leave a note on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
